I’ve reached the end of another week and I once again feel like I’ve over indulged and need some vegetables in my life, so I reached into my archives and decided to revive my Moroccan Lentil and Vegetable Stew for this week’s meal prep. OMG you guys, I forgot how insanely good this soup is!!…
We’re almost at peak autumn here in Nashville so I made a very autumn-inspired meal prep this week. I went deep into the Budget Bytes archives and pulled an awesome recipe that I haven’t made in forever—Apple Spice Pork Chops. Hey guys! I hope your weekend is going great! I’ve got a quick, no-cook meal prep idea for you this week because sometimes you just don’t want to cook, ammiright? Yeah, that’s me today. Luckily this meal prep comes together in like 15 minutes and now I have my lunches taken care of for the…

Woohoo! I’m excited about this one! This Garlic Parmesan Kale Pasta Meal Prep might be one of my most favorite meal preps so far. It is a little pricer than most, thanks to the chicken, but OMG it’s SO GOOD. It’s so easy, well rounded, and sooo delicious. BUT this one is definitely for garlic…
I had a crew here shooting video all last week and they left me with a refrigerator full of vegetables (poor me, right?). Luckily, they were all vegetables that are pretty shelf stable, so I was able to take a few days to figure out what to do with them. Since we all know vegetables…
Have you ever followed a recipe “to a T” only to have it end up a complete disaster? Yeah, you’re not alone. It’s happened to all of us… maybe even multiple times. 😉 No matter how clearly a recipe is written, there will always be variables that can’t be accounted for and plenty of room…
Hey guys! I’ve got a quick and simple meal prep for you this week, but I do have to mention that this one probably won’t be applicable to everyone because this week I used my pressure cooker. I’m not one of those people who uses their pressure cooker constantly. In fact, I only use it…
