Spaghetti chicken with rotel ingredients premeasured in bowls.
  • Olive oil: Provides a healthy fat base for sautéing, adding subtle flavor.
  • Minced garlic & small onion: These aromatics add depth and a savory backbone to the dish.
  • Boneless skinless chicken: The protein star of the show, providing texture and substance.
  • Ground black pepper & salt: Enhances the overall flavor profile of the dish.
  • Rotel with chilies: Adds a spicy, tangy dimension that elevates the recipe.
  • Chicken broth: Used as the liquid for pressure cooking, it infuses the spaghetti with rich flavor.
  • Uncooked spaghetti noodles: Use regular spaghetti noodles for the best results. Thinner spaghetti noodles will over cook.
  • Velveeta cheese & Cream cheese: Velveeta and cream cheese create a creamy, velvety sauce.
  • Shredded cheddar cheese: Adds a sharp, cheesy topping that melts perfectly.
  • Salt to taste when serving: Allows final seasoning adjustments to suit personal preferences.
